Background: My day job is enhancing digital UX experiences for businesses & startups with 15+ years in design, psychology, and product, for a company called Metawave Studio. On the side I am DAO contributor of Mental Wealth Academy and help proliferate advanced Ethereum use cases with Larry and the rest of the team. I've been the Academy's sole source of funding since inception with just a handful of people and a scrap of an idea.

Self-sabotage is like a spiritual seppuku. We kill ourselves, with little inconsistencies that don't align with what we truly want in life. Many people take 'the test' and confidently write down exactly where they think they will be in 5 years. But that's just a dream. We are not our dreams and wishes, but the sum of our habits, patterns, and where we spend our time.
