Mental Wealth Academy verifies and works closely with partners and creates custom NFT certifications. NFT Certificates are earned and permanently stored in the user's blockchain account. Which can then be shared with potential employers, as Mental Wealth Academy grows, so does the value of certificates.

Onchain Book Lending. The reason why many digital libraries don't exist is because they over-lend books online which causes them to get shutdown. Previously before NFTs and Token-Gating, there was no ethical way to lock a borrowed book or resource to prevent it from being overshared aka "distributed" aka "Shutdown". Until now, where Mental Wealth Academy provides decentralized access using onchain technology. Supplying Clubs & Organizations with the tools and books they need to teach and learn.

Mental Wealth Academy utilizes "keys" to ensure that any book, or resource is never over-lent. These keys are defined as "perishable" but in terms of computer science, the NFTs unlocks access needed to read the book and are distributed on a time-basis. Users can choose to rent for 1-72 hours. After the lending period is up, the NFT key is returned to the Academy. The user cannot extend or recheck out the book for a cooling period of 7 days.

The current state of NFTs under existing standards limits their use by isolating them to a single wallet and a single owner. The ERC-333 standard is meant to alter that paradigm, by enabling leveraged fractionalization of NFTs through lockup on specific wallets and the release of representative tokens that mirror value to a certain extent. This new standard allows an NFT to be simultaneously owned by multiple wallets, thus opening up avenues for their use as collateral for loans and more.

ERC-333 is Game Theory that makes sense. Users only need 1 $ACADEMY to access most benefits, The 333-Contract makes $ACADEMY a more equitable option, combining the best aspects of both ERC-20s (Crypto) and ERC-1155s (NFTs).
