My grandparents were alive during the segregation era. Fortunately, my mom is one of the few black women that works at Pfizer and has been there for 40+ years.
The goal is making her proud, but to do that I must first prove to her the years I took away from my Masters in Psychology, and put into crypto were worth it.
Reaching our funding goal of $30k is one step in the right direction of making her proud. But the second step is more difficult, and requires things I am genetically terrible at.
I have schizotypal, i'm black, and i'm not very physically attractive, so without precision-grade communication, it's easy for me to be overlooked or judged unfairly in America.
Schizotypal means I deal with mild symptoms of schizophrenia. Which means despite having a college education and being an intellectual, my presentation can be obscure.
I know this more-so means facing imitation of the beliefs pushed upon me when I was a minority in school, rather than actually being outcasted unfairly. I know these matter more than just plain looks or clarity when speaking on my academic background.
But it still feels weird to be called "brotha" by people who are not my brothers.

Anyways, I don't really blame people for their false thoughts or ideas, I know it's also mostly ignorance, bias, imitation, and a sort of auto-completion of mind.
The neuroscience behind it agrees with me, and explains the many glitched, electrical impulses affecting our beliefs. The Theory of Mimetic Desire explains this quite well.
We actually process brains rather simply:
We model the desires of those around us.
We autocomplete to predict threats, and outcomes. (fear, and passion)
We use tools as humans to evolve our capabilities.

I could go on for hours and delve into how this connects with parasocial relationships, and just how integrated they are becoming in our new digital world.
On the other hand, it can also be interpreted as imbalanced power of control. Not by thought, but by the context, models, and boundaries around our goals, and beliefs.
I don't need to convince you that the Daemon God Azura is real, I just need to point in the direction of a DGA star artifact and have someone say it's brought them new life.
Now your curious and within the context of what is the star artifact? It has nice phonics, it sounds cool, new life? Like self-renewal from the bad muck? Jesus? Phoenix?
When the largest business organizations enter the digital world, they have dominion and control over this power of persuasion, the power to steer ideas and belief often ends in the detriment of the ones that were herded, the only thing a company loses is money and a little bit of time. The user loses time, energy, and sunk cost of invested belief.

Since large corporate marketing suppresses innovative ideas before they can grow. The power lies inside a system that steers us in a direction away from them, where a need for their funds is avoided, for a preferred humanistic solution rather than a profitable one.
The real wealth comes from shared infrastructure, shared assets, and shared resources that work for our communities, agents that sanitize and provide a transparent oasis that's a beneficial investment for anyone who provides or is part of it.
This type of digital business can only exist on Ethereum, in its transparent system.
A chaotic community garden of good ideas, and rewards, free to be plucked at whim.
Mimetic Desire explains how people are influenced by existing power structures, and DAOs let communities redesign those structures so influence is distributed fairly, not concentrated in corporate hands.
We are taking decisive action against systems that suppress ideologies and regulate research, so we can provide humanistic systems that inspire people around the world.
Identify the core problem (Systemic Failures)
Deploy a solution (DAO infrastructure)
Package it into a repeatable framework, and let it inspire the world.
